Foundation House
This cabin in the North Woods was designed for an antique dealer and teacher. They wanted a new passive-solar two-story structure built on a foundation that was laid 20 years ago.
Our solution was a simple open plan that allows for varied uses, with the flexibility to accommodate a changing array of guests. Decorative touches include stained and leaded glass panels in the facade and doorways throughout the cabin.
